Peanut Butter Swirl Brownie
Ingredients:
My Keto World Brownie Mix
2 large Eggs
120g melted unsalted butter
¼ cup runny, unsweetened peanut butter
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 180°c or 160c° for a fan oven. Grease and line a 8x8 square baking tin.
Prepare and follow the instructions as advised on the My Keto World Brownie Mix. Before baking the brownies, dollop the peanut butter on top of the brownie mix. Carefully swirl the peanut butter with a fork.
Bake for about 30 minutes or as advised on the My Keto World Brownie Mix. Once baked, leave to cool. Cutting will be easier if the brownies are kept in the fridge for about an hour.
