Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour 

⅓ cup whey protein 

⅛-¼ cup My Keto World powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener 

½ cup nut or seed butter

1/4cup milk of choice

2-3 tbps melted coconut oil

2 tsp sugar free vanilla extract 

¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips

Line a square baking tin with baking paper or use silicone bar moulds.

In a large bowl add all ingredients and combine well, there should be no lumps.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking tray or the silicone molds.

Cover and leave to cool and set in the fridge. Remove from mould or if you are using a baking tin remove the set mixture, cut into bar sized pieces. 

 Store airtight in the fridge. Enjoy!
