Butter Cream

Ingredients:

250g butter, softened, at room temperature

3/4 - 1cup powdered erythritol

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2tablespoons double or whipping cream

Instructions:

Add butter, powdered sweetener, vanilla, and whipping cream into a large mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat ingredients for a minute into a creamy frosting. Taste to see if it's sweet enough, otherwise add more sweetener. If the mixture is too thick, add an extra teaspoon of cream at a time.
