Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients:

Brownie Layer

My Keto World Brownie Mix

2 large Eggs

120g melted unsalted butter

Cream Cheese Layer

200g  cream cheese

1 egg

3 Tbsp powdered erythritol

1 tsp vanilla or a few vanilla stevia drops

Instructions:

Preheat the oven at 180°c or 160c° for a fan oven. Grease and line a 8x8 square baking tin.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer

In a large bowl whisk together the cream cheese with erythritol.

Then add the egg and vanilla, mix until well combined. Set mixture aside.

Prepare and follow the instructions as advised on the My Keto World Brownie Mix. Before baking the brownies, pour the cream cheese mix over the chocolate brownie mix and gently swirl the batter together, careful not to fully blend them together.

Preferably cover the pan with foil and then bake for about 35-40 minutes. The cheesecake top might still be slightly jiggly and not fully set, it will set once cooled. Cutting the brownies will be easier if they are kept in the fridge for about an hour.
