Our Almond Flour
Our almond flour is made from the finest Californian and Spanish almonds. After carefully selecting the almonds, they are first blanched, ground and milled into our fine almond flour.

Almonds are naturally gluten free and low carb, they are nutrient dense and provide a range of health benefits as they are rich in protein, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. 

Almond flour is finer in texture than ground almonds, which makes it the perfect low carb and gluten free flour alternative. It can be used in baking and cooking. Please check out our recipe section for ideas and recipes on how to use our almond flour.

 

Please note our almond flour is not defatted, for recipes with defatted almonds you will need a different type of almond flour.
