ORDER, PICK UP & DELIVERY

We offer a selection of no added sugar, low carb and keto friendly baked goods. Although all images are our own they are only used indicative, the actual size and product may vary. All our products are made by hand and accordingly there will be minor variations in appearance. All goods are made to order, that’s why processing can take  longer. All nutritional information is calculated by us and is only an estimate. The nutritional information is subject to change as we use natural ingredients and wholefoods. Please note that some food colourings used in our sugar free sprinkles may have an effect on behaviour in children.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCT

Our website service permits you to purchase our Products from this Site. These purchases can be made and are permitted strictly pursuant to the terms and conditions on our website. We accept all major credit or debit cards as well as amazon pay.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

It is ok to change your mind. We understand that situations can occur which can result in you wanting to change your order or add more items to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible within 48h from placing your order, to ensure any changes can be applied. We can not guarantee that it will be possible, but we will try our best to help you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be made within 24h from placing an order. We will not accept any cancellation after 24h because after this time we start processing your order. All goods are individually made to order so if your item has already been baked, we are not able to offer it to someone else or re-sell it.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Where we cancel an order due to illness or unforeseen circumstances we will issue a refund within 7 working days of notification of the customer or we can rearrange the order if the customer wishes to do so.

PROCESSING AN ORDER

Processing your order starts 24h after placing an order. Processing can take up to 7 working days. We reserve the right to change the processing time depending on the volume of orders and during busy periods like Christmas. We will inform you about any delays on our website and be in contact with you via email or phone. Please let us know if you need an order for a specific day and we will try our best to help you. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirming pick up or delivery dates.

SECTION 28 - DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

We may be able to arrange a delivery for you within a 5 miles radius of our postcode EH2 3JG for a fixed £10 delivery fee, applied at the checkout. Please contact us via email if you have any questions or want to arrange an order with delivery.

A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties. Please note that it is important to be available for delivery as your goods are perishable. Please ensure that someone is there to sign for your order. If the customer is not at the location at the time and date agreed and we are not able to contact the customer the product will be transported back to our premises. We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the case that you fail to accept your delivery.  

Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the products in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cake as per our directions on the website. If anything is to happen to the cake after exchange, we are not liable for any damage.

Collection of orders from our collection points are free and by appointment only.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises the customer is responsible to ensure that the products get to their destination safely and are stored as per our directions to achieve best results for taste and quality.

The customer is liable for any damage, accident or mishap that may occur once the products(s) are released from the supplier. The supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.

If a third party is collecting the product on the customers behalf, a release form is to be signed by that person, stating the product is received in good condition at the time of pick up/delivery.
